• Daily rates are available spring, fall and winter and may begin and end on any day of the week. Guests will be charged for all dates reserved. No refunds for early departures.
   
• Weekly cottage rentals run from 2:00 p.m. on Saturday to 8:30 a.m. the following Saturday. Unless prior arrangements have been made, your cottage will not be ready before 2:00 p.m. We will accept WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY during the Christmas and New Years holiday.  A 3-NIGHT MINIMUM stay is required during holidays and local festivals.
   
• Rentals subject to 10% state and local taxes.
   
• Extra persons over occupancy are charged $15.00 per night or $75.00 per week. This includes children of any age. Cribs and high chairs are available at no charge.
   
• Visitor Policy- As a registered guest at Big Woods, you are invited to have guests one afternoon during your stay no charge.  For any additional visit you will be charged the extra person rate.  For the safety and comfort of everyone, visiting guests MUST register at the office.
   
• Deposits - A $400 deposit per week, or $100 deposit per weekend, is required to hold your reservation. Refunds will be made only if a cancellation is filled, less a $25 handling charge.
   
• Phone reservations will be held seven days for the arrival of your deposit. Sorry, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.
   
• Sorry, NO PETS.
